Andrew Lloyd and David Jarman are highly regarded individuals known for their extensive expertise in all aspects of construction. Recognising the similarities in their careers, they joined forces to establish A&D Probuild, a company that represents the culmination of their collective knowledge and experience.

Andrew LLOYD
Andrew is a proud Welsh bricklayer hailing from Wrexham. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has successfully executed numerous construction projects, encompassing both commercial and private designs. Some notable examples include the Venue Cymru in Llandudno, the main council office in Ruthin, student accommodation in Chester and Exeter and the extension to Heswall Golf Course. Andrew’s personal highlights are the construction of the bear sanctuary, rhino house, and the elephant house water system at Chester Zoo.
With considerable experience in home development Andrew and David recently joined forces as A&D Probuild and have completed two multi-home developments from the foundations up to the roof trusses. In the gallery you can see photos of these projects, including the skillfully-incorporated stonework keyed into Staffordshire blue engineering bricks.

David Jarman
David is an experienced builder specialising in brickwork, with a career spanning over 22 years. He has worked on various projects including new builds, renovations, and extensions across different regions of the country. David’s expertise extends beyond brickwork and includes stonework, plastering, slabbing, roofing, foundation excavation, concreting, and drainage. He takes great pride in his work and always strives to achieve a high standard of quality.
Noteworthy among David’s accomplishments are major projects such as the extension and renovation of the Manor House in Stoke Poges, Beaconsfield, which involved the addition of a swimming pool and a multi-car garage. He has also contributed to a hospital extension in Tywyn, West Wales, and has worked on care homes in Shropshire and Devon.
With over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry, David looks forward to expanding and growing A&D Probuild with Andrew.
