4 Brick-Built Houses
In 2021/22, a development was completed at Castle Caereinion, which included four properties with garages. These home comprised of two bungalows, one four-bedroom house, and one five-bedroom house, all with chimneys suitable for an open fire or a log burner.
All brickwork and foundations were undertaken by Andrew and Dave prior to the formation of A&D Probuild Ltd.
We received outstanding reports from the building inspector on all these properties!
Mixed 14 Home Development
These are a mixed variety of homes including semi-detached and detached brick and block structures with stonework details. The garages and boundary stone walls with copings were all constructed by Andrew and David of A&D Probuild. The duration of the project was 15 months, during which time, 14 homes, 2 garages, and 3 retaining walls with incorporated steps were built. We take pride in our workmanship and creating new beginnings for families for generations to come. The project dates were from July 2020 until the end of October 2021. All the brickwork, blockwork, stonework, and copings were constructed during this period.
It should be noted that all the brickwork design and foundation work were undertaken by Andrew and Dave before the formation of A&D Probuild Ltd. Furthermore, we are pleased to report that our properties have received outstanding reviews from the building inspector.

Garden Transformation

These photos show a complete refurbishment that Andrew and Dave undertook last year. Our client wanted somewhere to relax and entertain that was also low maintenance. This garden includes a fire pit, concrete slab, new fence with trellises and artificial turf.
